To help the Jobs Supervisor with all tasks administrative and technical, as required to coordinate and accomplish jobs on time and efficiently, with little to no waste.
This Includes performing basic electrical/ mechanical motor installations, repairs and replacements.
Stocking materials, organizing crews and maintaining vehicles in good working order.
As well as helping with basic administrative tasks, including collection of moneys owed.

Help production manager with administrative duties including office tasks.
Install and replace motors and perform basic electrician duties.
Get crews to jobs on time.
Make sure they have all tools and materials they need to complete jobs.
Coordinate everything at a job location in order to have it run efficiently.
Supervise the jobs and inspect the quality of the final job.
Be comfortable with speaking to restaurant owners, managers, etc. at job site in order to present invoices and collect payments.

Help your crew clean and complete jobs when needed, to ensure jobs remain on schedule.
Be able to predict travel time accurately, taking into consideration distance, traffic, weather, etc.
Be able to predict the manpower, tools and materials needed for all scheduled jobs.
Good communication skills are required to do this job properly. You will need to assign, supervise and deal with workers, clients, vendors, etc.- on a daily basis.
This job is better suited for someone seeking long term employment.
We require a responsible person who understands this job and is willing to commit to making things go right. Even with obstacles or delays.
Teamwork and coordination of efforts are vital in this position as the head of the team. You'll need good leadership skills and must be reliable as your crew will depend on you.

Make sure all van stickers and legal requirements are kept up to date.
Keep vans and other equipment organized, cleaned and well stocked and well taken care of ready for crews to use.
Make sure vans are mechanically well maintained, and repairs are done immediately.
Perform other duties that the Supervisor may need help with.

Smooth performance of the group through the right coordination and supervision.
Jobs completed on time.
Satisfied customers with no complains and quality issues to resolve, and ready to recommend our services to others.
A fully operating van at all times with little to no loss of tools, or waste of materials and supplies

Driving over the speed limits or getting tickets for any reason.
Not having all and/or the correct invoices needed for the jobs.
Not having the correct tool(s) for the job.
Giving the impression of unreliability to the customers and the crew.

The safety of the people and vehicle at all times.
That includes parking when at a job.
You must have extra set of vehicle keys available at all times.
You must always be prepared for your job.
