Hood and Filter Cleaning
Sometimes the buildup of grease is so much that it really can't wait until the regular full system cleaning is scheduled for. So for those cases what we offer is a service only available to customers that have already gotten a full Exhaust System Cleaning service and want to maintain the hood and filters clean in weekly or bi-weekly bases.
We know and work hard to maintain the fire code standard:
FIRE CODE: The following is the National Fire Protection Code #96 section 8-31: "Hoods, grease removal devices (Such as filters), fans, ducts and other appurtenances (accessories) shall be cleaned to BARE METAL at frequent intervals prior to the surfaces becoming heavily contaminated with greaser or oily sludge".
