Parts and Maintenance

If you need to replace an extraction fan, install a new motor or just change a light bulb protector we can help you.

As part of our regular cleaning we grease the bearings and add oil moving parts. We don’t charge anything extra for that. That comes as part of our maintenance when we are inspecting the motor.

We also inspect the belts to insure that you won’t have a belt that will bust on you when you need it most.  Additional charges apply for new belts.
